Project Manager:
This position will manage a portfolio of projects including small to medium-sized building renovations and building upgrades as well as small ground-up construction projects (up to 20,000 sf). Successful applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4-7 years of practical experience in project administration. Experience working with government clients preferred. Experience in construction management or real estate required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Project Team on projects and assignments of varying complexity and size.
  • Proactively manage project-related issues.
  • Ability to develop the scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.
  • Lead weekly meetings and produce accurate documentation through standard minutes.
  • Coordinate and track all RFP’s, RFI’s, submittals, and other information logs. Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
  • Interact and negotiate with general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
  • Prepare and modify project status reports, process purchase orders, and process invoices as well as update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
  • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction management or real estate required.
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets.
  • Knowledge of technical requirements for business relocation.
  • Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings as well as furniture and space planning concepts.
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Assistant Project Manager:
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team, providing support to Project Managers on large or complex projects and assignments. Successful applicants will have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1-3 years of practical experience in project administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively manage project-related issues.
  • Assist in the scope, budget, and schedule development for assigned projects.
  • Participate in and document all weekly meetings.
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of RFP’s; maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of sub-consultant activities.
  • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and modify project status reports, process purchase orders, and process invoices as well as update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
  • Assist in providing all deliverables per KRAMER agreements with clients.
  • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
