Project Description

KRAMER served as project manager for significant asset repositioning of multiple locations throughout the Metro DC area, typically involving major lobby and corridor renovations, leasing/management office improvements and other building infrastructure and amenity upgrades. As owner’s representative our responsibilities includes the coordination of all the design and engineering consultants along with the various vendors required for the work. Also acting as our client’s cost consultant, KRAMER tracked and maintained all budget information and provided costing for similar projects on other properties to assist in the planning and development of annual capitol budgets.
