Mr. Leigh brings a proven track record of developing client relationships, creating innovative marketing and operational strategies, and helping guide key decisions to enhance business growth. With nearly two decades in the AEC and CRE industries, he has partnered with a range of clients including federal, state, and local governments, educational institutions, and private developers.

As the Business Strategy and Development Director at Kramer Consulting, Mr. Leigh has experience with a wide range of company sizes, from global corporations to dynamic small businesses. He provides a unique perspective when assisting in the design and execution of marketing strategies. His past experience leading the efforts of marketing and operations for a Virginia-based construction management services firm provides him with expertise that enables him to better understand the goals of both private and public sector clients.

Additionally, Mr. Leigh actively supports various pediatric cancer organizations and other nonprofits, applying his professional expertise to help further their missions.
