Kramer has evolved from the vision of CEO Jeff Kramer into a highly trusted team of advisors for project management services.

The Story

In 1994, CEO Jeff Kramer boldly pioneered one of the first project management firms in the Washington, DC market.

While working as an established commercial interior architect, Jeff identified the need for a professional to serve as a trusted advisor by guiding end-users through their design and construction projects. In his business model, project management experts would represent owners and tenants through all project phases so they could focus on their businesses.

Jeff’s vision was to provide advice to clients relative to project schedules, budgets, constructability, maintenance, cost controls, and life-cycle factors. An opportunity arose when one of his clients, a national law firm, was seeking a lead tenant deal. Jeff pitched the notion of providing owner’s representation services. After six months of persistent efforts, Jeff’s proposal was accepted and Kramer Consulting was founded.

Today, Kramer is a company offering 8 service categories in 6 service sectors.  With over 30 years of experience, we have developed a project delivery method where our primary driver is always being an advocate for reaching our clients’ goals.
