Project Description

KRAMER was engaged by Pepperdine to revamp multiple floors for Pepperdine’s student residence building. The scope included the conversion of three floors from office space to high-end residence dormitories and one floor to multiple classrooms & conference rooms. KRAMER also managed installation of new HVAC and electrical equipment in the 1967 vintage building, greatly improving the efficiency and operating costs for Pepperdine University. Of particular note are the 6th Floor Mitsubishi City Multi HVAC units which were installed throughout, enabling each room to be individually climate controlled, saving the client 45% in energy expenditures.
