Project Description

Upon delivery of the full building renovation and modernization of the 1.5 million SF Constitution Center that occupies an entire city block at 7th and D Street SW, KRAMER transitioned its services from base building program manager owner’s representative for the build-out of multiple Federal agency tenants. Each of the tenant spaces are primarily anchored in one of the four building quadrants with their own secured building lobbies that are accessed via the interior concourse. Each of these unique build-outs ranged in size an average of 300,000 SF to 600,000 SF along with 80,000 SF of shared amenity space. All spaces were designed to Class-A Office Space standards and included interconnecting staircases along with a variety of special-use areas such as training & conference centers; cafeterias; and consolidated data centers.
